I originally created ‘Casa Casa‘ to market my experiments in Property Management services, offering Cleaning services & Laundry services at first place, then Vacation rentals and Consulting services afterwards.
Since June 2013, I have been mainly focusing full-time on my Property management vacation business, through my company Casa Casa Property Services. Beside Blue Door Lagos Bed & Breakfast, I manage several other vacation properties in Lagos:

Dear Guest, visit our Guesthouse and you will see for yourself what the Portuguese hospitality is all about.
Planning in advance is a smart move. By making an early booking you will get a fair discount to our Room prices.
We have different payment options and we accept all major credit cards but if you prefer we accept cash or bank transfers as well.

I work in the Company’s Laundry were I ensure that all the laundry duties are completed on time and to a high standard. I also help out with the housekeeping whenever is needed. We care about our clients and know how to get the job done right.

I am the housekeeper to make your home or apartment look it’s very best. From cleaning sinks, tubs, and tiles to polishing windows, changing beds, everything have to be perfect for you and your family. I also help out with the laundry whenever is needed.
The Growth Story.
The history of Blue Door Lagos Guest-house is best described by steady development and progression.
Casa Casa property services is founded by Simao Caetano. ‘Vinyl Flat’ the first Multifamily Apartment property is acquired for Property management & Vacation rental.
Second property acquired, a Townhouse renovated to a uplifting Guest-house with 4 rooms. It’s ‘Blue Door Lagos’ Guesthouse.
The Multifamily portfolio grows to 4 properties. Another Studio Apartment and another one bed Apartment is aquired for property management & Vacation Rental. Blue Door Lagos Guest-house receives some improvements in terms of confort.
The Portfolio grows to 5 properties with the aquisition for property management & Vacation Renat of a renovated One Bed Apartment called ‘DE Flat’. Blue Door Lagos Guest-house has been newly renovated.
‘Vinyl Flat’ the first Multifamily Apartment property acquired in 2015 is transformed in a modern & stylish Guest-house.
